My paintings emerge over time and many layers. I manipulate paint with tools, texture, mark-marking, and mixed media. Through experimentation, the paintings slowly evolve until I reach a point of balance.
I live in Old Town Alexandria and work out of a studio in my home. Over the years I have worked in many different mediums, including sculpture, mosaics, encaustic and cold wax, finally settling on abstract painting.
