2006 was a banner year for me. I had a long article about my work published in International ArtistMagazine. More importantly, I was juried into the Torpedo Factory Artists Association. My work was initially in pastels and evolved to oils over time. My subject matter, initially, was large close-ups of food. I had a solo show of Food, Glorious Food in 2011. My interest drifted to landscapes and seascapes of New England. Most of my recent work is about water, which includes what floats above and lives below.
My work is contemporary realism. I use bold colors with a strong abstract shapes
